As of today, ChimHaeres is the majority shareholder in Zagato, the iconic Italian coachbuilder and car designer, founded in 1919; sole owner of Vionnet, the French haute couture label founded in 1912 by iconic couturier Madeleine Vionnet; majority shareholder in Fogal, the Swiss luxury hosiery and bodywear brand founded in 1921; and majority shareholder of Borsalino, the world’s most famous hat manufacturer established in 1857 in Italy.

As an investment company with permanent capital, ChimHaeres intends to build and operate a pan-European portfolio of iconic and heritage brands, delivering pro-active management and creating shareholder value.
